One record outside the clue log

A local-storage consent record remembers your answer and when it was made. It does not retain the secret code or your guesses.

Optional permission lets that record include the reduced-motion preference. With Necessary only, only the consent decision remains. The record expires after a year, can be changed in Settings, and can be removed with browser site-data controls. No third-party tracker is enabled by accepting.
